杨国猛先生于2008年3月26日获委任为TOM集团首席执行官兼执行董事。他自2008年2月1日加入TOM集团担任首席营运官。
Ken Yeung was named Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of TOM Group on 26 March 2008. He joined the Group in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer since 1 February 2008.
加入TOM集团前，杨先生为维港投资集团有限公司董事。维港是一家私人投资控股公司，于全球各地主要投资科技及其他业务。他亦为36.com控股有限公司的联合创办人，曾出任主席及首席营运官。
Yeung was previously the Director of Horizons Ventures Ltd, a privately owned investment holding company with key investment in technology and other businesses worldwide. Yeung was also the Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of 36.com Holding Co. Ltd.
杨先生曾于悉尼、墨尔本及香港的Mckinsey & Company工作超过6年，主要为电讯、电子及电子商务业界，制订业务发展策略及提供企业改造和营运管理等方面的顾问服务。
Yeung spent over six years at McKinsey & Company, Inc. in Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong. During his consultancy role with McKinsey, Ken covered mainly the telecommunications, electronics and e-commerce industry sectors in the area of business strategy, business re-engineering and operational improvements.
杨先生曾出任可口可乐中国有限公司大中华策略总监，并于通用电力担任营运、业务发展、销售及市场推广等多个管理职位。他于1989年展开其事业，入职美国加州升阳电脑研发部工程师。
Yeung worked for Coca-Cola China Limited as Director of Strategy for Coco-Cola Greater China. He also held various management positions in operations, business development and sales & marketing at General Electric. Yeung began his career at Sun Microsystems as Engineer in its R&D Center in California in 1989.
杨先生毕业于美国麻省理工学院，以全科满分的超卓成绩，取得电机工程学士学位和电机及电脑工程硕士学位。入读麻省理工学院前，杨先生获香港政府颁授为期两年的奬学金，赴美国联合世界书院攻读，且于国际文凭试中考获全科甲等成绩毕业。杨先生于香港出生及长大，操流利英语、普通话及粤语。
Yeung graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the US with a perfect Grade Point Average (GPA) in both his Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and Master degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Prior to MIT, Yeung received a 2-year full scholarship from the Hong Kong Government to attend the United World College in the US and has graduated with full distinction for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Yeung speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

李怒云，博士，教授级高级工程师。1982年毕业于北京林业大学林学专业，后就读中国农业科学院和北京林业大学，获农业经济管理学硕士和林业经济管理学博士学位。曾赴美国作高级访问学者。
Li Nuyun, senior engineer, graduated from Beijing Forestry University with a bachelor degree in forestry science. She pursued further study in the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Beijing Forestry University and received the master’s and doctoral degree in agroeconomic management. She was also a senior visiting scholar in the United States.
现任国家林业局应对气候变化工作管理办公室常务副主任，负责林业碳汇和林木生物质能源以及营造林质量管理等工作。发表文章40余篇。编著（译）出版专著《中国林业碳汇》、《林业投资项目社会影响评价》、《森林可持续经营倡议与最佳管理实践》等五本。
Currently she is the vice director of climate change affairs office under the State Forestry Administration and is engaged in CO2 absorption and storage by forest, forest energy and planting quality control. She has published more than 40 articles including CO2 Absorption and Storage by Forest in China, Evaluation of the Social Impact of Forest Invest Projects, the Forest Sustainable Operating Commitment and the Best Management Practice etc.
兼任国际全球环境变化人文因素计划中国国家委员会、北京林学会副理事长、国家林木种苗标委会副主任委员等。
She is also a member of the Chinese National Committee for the International Human Dimensions Program oSn Global Environmental Change (CNC-IHDP), the deputy Director-General of Beijing Forestry Society and vice director of the State Forest Seedling Standardization Committee. |

John Gao is responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients throughout China. John has been in the carbon industry since its early inception in 2005 and has been responsible for developing several milestone CDM projects, including the Jigang WHR project, the Yangquan CMM projects (for which Camco received Environmental Finance’s 2007 Carbon Transaction of the Year Award), the Conch cement WHR projects and the Taiyanggong CCGT project.

Daniel Foa,51SIM联合创始人, 福大牛是小额信贷网站51Give的创始人，该网站旨在通过为中国的城乡家庭和社会企业家提供贷款，利用可再生能源改善他们的生活。这个金融过程被称为“可持续小额金融”。51Give的不同之处在于这种贷款不但能够帮助当地人民脱贫，而且有利于改善环境、减少碳排放以及在中国推广清洁能源。福大牛还共同创建了非营利基金会51SIM，该基金会旨在通过一种创新和可持续的方式推动社会创新，解决社会生态问题。
Daniel Foa is the co-founder of an online microfinance platform, www.51give.com which is dedicated to lending money to Chinese rural and urban families and social entrepreneurs to power their lives with renewable energies. This financial process is referred to as “Sustainable Microfinance”. 51Give difference lies in the fact that the loans not only alleviate poverty, but also improves the environment, reduces carbon and enhances access to clean energies in China. Daniel also co-founded a not-for-profit foundation www.51sim.org which seeks to address social innovation and ecological issues in an innovative and sustainable way.
在创建51Give和51SIM之前，他曾作为部门的商业运营负责人，领导850人的团队，还曾担任过财政顾问，率先发起并引领国际科技转让。任职于IBM时，他曾成功引导贯彻了上海股票交易所的网络策略。福大牛还能说一口流利的普通话。
Before setting up 51Give and 51Sim, Daniel has been responsible for the Business Operations of departments of up to 850 persons, consulted in financial services, launched start-ups, led international technology transfers as well as his previous company’s Internet strategy – IBM – to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Daniel is fluent in Mandarin.

Daniel has spoken at a number of international events on China's Internet Finance, Microfinance and Social entrepreneurship since 2000. In December 2008, he was invited to the Clinton Global Initiative Asia Meeting in Hong Kong as a result of two of 51Sim’s projects being successfully chosen as a preferred commitment by the CGI. A United Nations Foundation TV crew recently followed Daniel and the 51Give team around China and the feature documentary on 51Give’s green microfinance projects in China will be on show during the New York Climate week www.climateweeknyc.org (Sept.20th to 26th) as well as throughout the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen this December.
